Shipping & Handling

Applicability

All terms and conditions apply to any sale or transaction between Adrian Militaria and the customer, whether through https://www.adrianmilitaria.com or at a fair.
By placing an order, the customer accepts and is bound by the applicable terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions may be modified in the future without prior notice to the customer.

Ordering

You can place an order by adding the item(s) to your shopping cart.

After adding the item(s) to your cart, go to the cart page to review the products you would like to buy.
You can select the country where you want your items to be shipped, and an estimated shipping cost and/or shipping method will be calculated automatically.
Once everything is correct, select “Go to Checkout.” Here you will need to fill in your billing and shipping information so we can process and deliver your order. More details about how I handle your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy page (Info > Privacy Policy).
Next, you can choose your preferred shipping method, or it will be calculated for you automatically. More information about shipping options is available on the Shipping & Handling page (Info > Shipping & Handling).
Finally, after confirming the shipping method, select your preferred payment option. Details about available payment methods can be found on the Terms & Conditions page (Info > Terms & Conditions).

Once I have received your order, I will begin the shipping process, and your package will be delivered to you shortly.

Payment

At the moment you can pay by following methods.

  • Bancontact
  • Belfius Pay Button
  • iDEAL
  • Bank transfer in advance
    • If you wish to pay by bank transfer, I must receive your payment within ten (10) working days. If the payment is not received within this period, your order will be cancelled and the item(s) will be made available for sale again.
  • KBC/CBC Payment Button

Shipping

From 28 November through 24 December 2025, a holiday charge of € (euro) 1.00 will be applied per domestic (Belgium) shipment. This is an extra charge from Bpost, not from Adrian Militaria.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you go to your cart and when entering your shipping and billing information. More details about how your personal data is handled for shipping can be found on the Privacy Policy page (Info > Privacy Policy).


Currently, all shipping is handled via Bpost with insured delivery to your address. This choice is based on positive experiences with this courier, which guarantees safe and reliable shipping. The shipping rates are based on the official Bpost prices, which can be found on their website.

For items over 30 kg, or items too fragile to be shipped, delivery or personal pickup (for example at a fair) can be arranged.

Handling

I ensure the highest standards of handling and packaging for every purchased item. Each object is carefully packed with the utmost attention to safety and preservation, with the goal of preventing damage and ensuring it arrives in the same condition as shown in the photos.

To provide the most reliable and secure shipping service, I work exclusively with selected shipping companies with whom I have long-standing and highly positive experience.

Return Policy

Every customer has a fourteen (14) day return period starting from the date of delivery or pick-up (either at a fair or a postal pick-up point). After this period, I am not legally obliged to accept the return of your item. The item must be returned to the provided address within this fourteen (14) day period. If the item or packaging is severely damaged, or if the return package arrives after the fourteen (14) day period, or there was no prior notice the return may be refused.

You may return the item to the provided address using a courier of your choice. All return shipments are at your own risk and expense. No refunds will be given for return shipping or payment costs, and I will not cover any additional charges upon delivery. If there are any such charges, the package will be refused and returned to your address.

Once I have received the item and there are no outstanding fees, I will inspect the item to verify that it is the same item that was originally sold, it is in the same condition as when it was sold, and it has not been damaged or altered in any way.

Once the condition has been assessed and approved, you will receive a refund for the original purchase amount, excluding any shipping fees or additional costs incurred during the purchase or return process.

How do you return an item?

  • If you wish to return an item purchased via https://www.adrianmilitaria.com or at a fair, you must first contact me via email. You can send a return request through the Contact tab on the website.
  • Please send the item to the provided return address using a courier of your choice, at your own risk and cost. I do not refund return shipping costs or pay any additional fees upon receipt. If the package arrives with any charges due, it will be refused and sent back to you. The item must be returned to the provided adress within the fourteen (14) day period.
  • After I receive the item without any extra charges, I will inspect it to ensure it matches the item sold, is in its original condition, and has not been damaged or altered.
  • If everything is in order, I will issue a refund for the original purchase price, excluding all shipping and additional fees. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Damage During Shipping

If your item is not in the box or delivered with damage that was not visible in the images on https://www.adrianmilitaria.com and the damage was caused during shipping due to my negligence or the negligence of the courier, you have a fourteen (14)-day return period starting from the date of delivery or pick-up (at a postal pick-up point). After this period, I am not legally obliged to accept the return of your item. The item must be returned to the address provided within this fourteen (14)-day period. Returns may be refused if the item or its packaging is severely damaged, if the return package arrives after the fourteen (14)-day period, there are any additional costs that arive upon return or if no prior notice of return was given.

If the loss or damage is due to my negligence, you will receive a full refund of the item price as well as all shipping costs.
If the loss damage is due to the courier’s negligence, I will open an investigation with the courier. Once liability has been determined, you may be eligible for a full refund of the item price and all shipping costs.

How do you return an item?

  • If you wish to return an item purchased via https://www.adrianmilitaria.com that's not in the box or arrived with damage, you must first contact me via email. You can send a return request through the Contact tab on the website.
  • Please send the item to the provided return address using a courier of your choice, at your own risk and cost. I do not pay any additional fees upon receipt. If the package arrives with any charges due, it will be refused and sent back to you. The item must be returned to the provided adress within the fourteen (14) day period. If the item is not in the box no return of the empty package is needed.
  • If the loss or damage is due to my negligence, you will receive a full refund of the item price as well as all shipping costs. If the loss or damage is due to the courier’s negligence, I will open an investigation with the courier. Once liability has been determined, you may be eligible for a full refund of the item price and all shipping costs.

Loss During Shipping

If your order is lost during shipping due to my negligence or the negligence of the courier, I will open an investigation with the courier. Once liability has been determined, you may be eligible for a full refund of the item price and all shipping costs, or you may choose to have the package sent to you if it is recovered.

How do I get my order or get a refund?

  • If your order doesn't arrive please contact me via the Contact page.

Edged Weapons

Edged weapons can only be sold to customers who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
The sale of edged weapons will be refused to anyone under the age of 18.

Shipping of edged weapons is prohibited by all reliable shipping companies in Belgium. Therefore, these items can only be collected in person. If you purchase an edged weapon through the online shop, I will contact you to arrange the most convenient method of pickup.

Price

The prices listed for items on the website are in EUROS, fixed, and do not include additional costs such as shipping and handling (which are calculated at the time of ordering), shipping insurance, or any other charges that may arise upon delivery.
