An original Imperial German reservist beer stein from a soldier of the 3rd Company Nassauisches Pionier-Bataillon Nr. 21 Mainz, dated 1912–1914.
The stein is in overall good condition, showing no cracks and featuring beautifully detailed artwork. The list of names is slightly faded in some areas, and the name on the front is almost completely gone, though under the right light the inscription "Reservist Bottsh" can still be made out.
A well-preserved example with minor wear, displaying excellent craftsmanship and historical detail.
