Belgian "Genie" M30 Backpack

An original Belgian Model 1930 backpack featuring leather carrying straps and extra loops mounted on the front. The exact purpose of these loops is unknown, though they are often associated with Genie troops to allow more equipment to be attached. The backpack has no visible maker mark, but the leather straps are clearly marked. Overall, it is in good, used condition, with some period-correct repairs and stitching on one corner, as well as additional stitching on the straps.
The canvas has faded slightly, with some rips in the lining and minor staining. The bamboo frame remains in good condition, with no looseness or cracks. The metal plate and small leather straps on the inside are also still present.
