Original NOS Belgian tourniquet, used by the Belgian Army and various civil emergency services from the 1920s until the 1940s. The tourniquet is still in its original packaging and has never been used.
The packaging itself is no longer in the best condition, as can be seen in the photos, but the tourniquet remains a rather uncommon piece.
