Original Belgian ABBL M1921 leather first aid pouch, nicely marked ARMEE BELGE on the top. The pouch is almost complete, with supple leather, though one of the inner straps and table of contents are unfortunately missing.
One of the leather straps had been ripped in the past, which is common for these pouches, but a previous owner repaired it so it can now be closed again. The other closing strap remains supple and intact, though slightly fragile. The lid as also a bit cracked on the top but there is no major damage.
