Original Belgian M1893 shako from the 8e Régiment de Ligne, with a painted leather cover, used up until the early days of WWI. The shako has unfortunately lost most of its parts, but the original leather cover remains intact, featuring a painted number 8 in a red crest, indicating it belonged to the 8e Régiment de Ligne. The cover is solid, showing general wear and tear from age and use. The shako itself is in good condition, with signs of age, but sadly missing most of its original parts.
