Original Belgian wash basin from the 1920s–1930s, marked with the soldier's name “SM (Sergent-Major) Respen Jos 2Cy” and the soldier’s service number. The number begins with 144, indicating that it originally belonged to a soldier of the 14de Linieregiment, but was likely later transferred to the 2 Cy, 2de Regiment Karabiniers-Wielrijders.
The basin is in good condition, showing general wear consistent with age and service use. The carrying strap is unfortunately missing.
