Original early German K98 rifle cleaning kit, made and stamped by “G. Appel” in 1936. The kit includes an oiler dated 1937 with Waffenamt, two brushes, and a spoon marked “Appel 1936.” There is some grease residue left in the grease compartment.
Overall, a nice early kit showing signs of age and use.
